Digital Banking Upgrade

On Tuesday, April 6, our Digital Banking service will be upgraded to help make your online banking experience even better. If you access digital banking through the FCCU Digital Banking app on your mobile device (phone or tablet), please make sure your Digital Banking app is updated on or after April 6. In most cases, app updates occur automatically based on your mobile device's settings. However, if you experience log-in issues on or after April 6, please verify that your Digital Banking mobile app has been updated. The upgrade will be fully supported by Apple iOS version 11 or later, as well as Android version 7 or later.

Here's What You Can Expect:

    • Once your Digital Banking app is updated, you will not need to take any additional actions to continue using the Digital Banking service the same way you always have. Some of the new features include:
    • See mobile deposit limits on the mobile deposit screens within the app
    • New Account Details tab to access account details and e-statements instead of clicking on the "i" icon in your account tile
    • Funds Transfer Enhancements
      • Day of the week option added for recurring transfers
      • Decoupling of start date and frequency
      • Ability to edit transfers
    • Ability to remove certain accounts from Financial Tools (e.g., children’s account activity can be excluded)

Helpful Tips for Accessing Digital Banking After the Update

    • Make sure you have only one copy of the FCCU Digital Banking app on your mobile device
    • If you have an older device, you may need to remove the FCCU Digital Banking app from your device, restart and re-download the app
    • You should not have to re-register your mobile devices unless you've removed the Digital Banking app and re-downloaded
    • You should not have to re-register your fingerprints or passcodes unless you've removed the FCCU Digital Banking app and re-downloaded
    • Preferred mobile browsers are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari
    • Preferred mobile versions: Android 7.x or later and iOS 11.x or later
