To help relieve potential financial hardships for both our consumer and business members, we are offering assistance programs so you can focus on what matters. As an SBA lender, First Commerce is providing information for local businesses about the administration of the Payroll Protection Program, including the application. 


Financial Center Access

At this time, we are providing lobby services by appointment only at ALL FCCU location. Appointments will be reserved for services that require direct material assistance by a team member. We will continue to be open regular business hours with our team members available inside the financial centers to assist you with material needs through "contactless" service. Please call the financial center directly to schedule an appointment.

Closed Financial Centers:  College Town Financial Center

For your convenience, we have expanded the hours available in our Contact Center and for our Video Teller service. Both are now available on Mon-Fri from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Sat from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

For remote banking on the go, we encourage you to use our digital banking tools for safe and secure access to all your banking needs. 

Supporting Our Communities

As an initial response, First Commerce launched an initiative to start a wave of support for locally owned businesses in the communities we serve. FIRST MORTGAGES: If you need assistance with your mortgage, please contact us. 

Automatic Loan Deferral: Your loan maturity will be extended and regular payments will resume after the deferred payment period. Finance charges will continue to accrue as outlined in your Loanliner Agreement, Retail Installment Sales Contract or Credit Card Agreement during the deferment period. Deferred payments may not be covered under GAP waiver agreements. For FCCU Credit Card members who typically pay their credit card balance in full each month, we will not apply this deferment automatically as that would cause interest to accrue. If you would like to take advantage of the deferment knowing you will have interest accrue, please contact us directly.  Regular deferment fees will be waived.* Pandemic Relief Loan: APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Loans may not exceed $2,500 and will be unsecured loans. Loan amounts less than or equal to $1,000 will have a term of 24 months. Loan amounts greater than $1,001 will have a term of 48 months. It will take 48 monthly payments of $57.59 for a loan amount of $2,500 and 24 monthly payments of $43.88  for a loan amount of $1,000. There are no prepayment penalties, however normal late fees will apply. This loan will require an active FCCU checking account with direct deposit payroll. Members currently in bankruptcy or who have caused a prior loss to FCCU would not be eligible for this loan.
