Sending Secure Messages in First Commerce Digital Banking


You can send a safe and secure message to First Commerce through Digital Banking. To do so, first login.

At the upper left corner of the screen, tap on the “Menu” button. On the left side of the screen, a menu of options will slide out. Look for the option in this list entitled “Messages.” Tap on that.

Here you will see a list of conversations. This includes security alerts you may have received. If you have an active message with First Commerce that you need to reply to, tap on that message in the list. This will display the full message below the list. You can tap on the reply arrow to respond.

To start a new message, click on the button that is a black circle containing an icon of a pencil located in the bottom right corner.

Select which department you would like your message to go to. Then give your message a subject line in the field below that.

In the larger field below that, type in your full message giving First Commerce as many details you believe would be good to know about your situation.

Once you have done that, you can tap the “Send Message” button under that field.

First Commerce will respond to secure messages within 2 business days. If you have a more urgent need, we recommend calling our Contact Center or visiting a Financial Center.
