ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years old or older as of January 13, 2025. Employees of First Commerce Credit Union (“Credit Union”) and their immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent and each of their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.

TIMING
Promotion begins at 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Monday, January 13, 2025, and ends at 5 p.m. EST on Thursday, January 23, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
Anyone may visit a First Commerce Credit Union financial center on January 13, 2025, through January 23, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., or until the close of regularly scheduled lobby hours and fill out an entry form available inside the financial center to provide their email address and contact information and enter the contest. You may also enter by printing your name, address, city, state, zip code, area code and telephone number and email address on a 3” x 5” postcard, and (1) mailing the postcard to: First Commerce Credit Union, ATTN: Power Forward Contest, Marketing Department, P.O. Box 6416, Tallahassee, FL 32314, or (2) dropping the postcard off at any of the Credit Union’s 13 locations. Financial Center locations may be found on the web site at FirstCommerceCU.org/Locations/. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Thursday, January 23, 2025, and received by the date of the drawing, to be eligible for the drawing. All entries and requests become Credit Union’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail. Credit Union may grant the right to add additional entries deemed necessary or appropriate under the rules. Each eligible entry, regardless of entry method, will have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person by any method.

PRIZES
A total of one (1) prize will be awarded. One (1) prize of: two (2) tickets for one admission to the Power Forward Speaker Series at Ruby Diamond Concert Hall on February 12, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per entrant. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal value will be awarded. Prize is not exchangeable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving parent/legal guardian or an estate. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local taxes. Any other incidental expenses or fees on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Gift cards/certificates subject to the terms and conditions of the local business issuing the cards/certificates.

RANDOM DRAWING
On Friday, January 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Drawing will be conducted by a Credit Union employee at First Commerce headquarters, located at 2073 Summit Lake Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Credit Union’s decisions on all matters related to this promotion shall be final and binding. All winners must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified in writing via email and, at the Credit Union’s discretion, will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, except as prohibited by law, a Publicity Release within 14 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. Prizes awarded within 5 days after receipt of affidavit or prize notification. If an affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. By accepting prize, winner unconditionally and irrevocably grants Credit Union exclusive permission and right to publish winner’s name and photograph and allow all appropriate publicity.

RELEASE
Participating entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the prize selection committee and Credit Union, and release Credit Union and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winners waive or assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Credit Union is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. Winners acknowledge that Credit Union and all other businesses concerned with this promotion and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize. By participating in the promotion, you hereby release and hold harmless the Credit Union, its employees, its officers, directors, and its agents, and any and all other participating businesses from any and all liability associated with this promotion, including but not limited to injury and bodily harm.

LAWS
