Know Your Login Info as We Improve Our Mobile App
On Thursday, September 11, our FCCU Mobile App will undergo a routine maintenance update. This is a behind-the-scenes improvement to support future enhancements, so you won’t notice any visible changes to the app.
After this routine maintenance, users will be prompted to update the app manually, unless your device is set to auto-update. In some cases, you may also need to re-enter your Login ID and Password the next time you sign in.
To make sure you can log in smoothly, we encourage you to:
- Confirm you know your Login ID and Password
- Have your Account Number handy, just in case
This quick preparation will help ensure you can access your account without delay once the update is complete.
How to Find Your Login Info
To find your Login ID, log in to digital banking, go to Settings, and select View Login ID. Save it somewhere secure.
Also, make note of your Account Number, you may need it to recover your Login ID or reset your Password after the update.
