With our new Cardless ATMs, you can access your First Commerce account whether you have a debit card or not. This new technology offers an easier and faster experience, allowing you to complete any transaction as you would in Digital Banking, such as: • Making an FCCU loan or credit card payment with check or cash, or transferring funds from your FCCU accounts • Depositing checks and/or cash, with a larger capacity to better serve our business and personal members with multiple items • Withdrawing cash • Transferring funds between FCCU accounts • Inquiring about balances for any FCCU account – Checking, Savings, Loans • Printing a mini-statement receipt showing your last 5 or 10 transactions on an account

- Touch the screen to get started. Be sure to have your cell phone with you.
- Enter your cell phone number on the keypad. This number must be on file with FCCU and associated with your account(s) and/or loan(s).
- Enter your Social Security number. Again, this must match the information on file and associated with your FCCU account(s) and/or loan(s).
- A one-time Secure Access Code will be sent by text to the cell phone you entered, as long as the number you entered is on file with your account(s) and/or loan(s). Remember never to share Secure Access Codes with anyone!
- Enter the Secure Access Code sent to your cell phone on the screen keypad to access your account(s) and/or loan(s). To view balances of each at a glance on the initial home screen, press the button at the bottom of the screen.
- Please note: If you do not receive a code, most likely your contact information on file is not current or complete, or may need a correction. On most Cardless ATMs, you can press the “Help” button to access a video teller during our extended hours and verify your identity by providing a valid government-issued photo ID before providing updates to your contact information. Extended hours for video teller service are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
- You may also update your contact information on the spot in digital banking by logging in through the app or a web browser. From the digital banking menu, go to “Services” and then “Manage Contact Info.” Don’t have FCCU Digital Banking? For more free convenient 24/7 access, enroll today by downloading the First Commerce Mobile app or visiting FirstCommerceCU.org and then “Digital Banking Login” at the top of the page.
- You may also visit one of our 14 financial centers during business hours and one of our team members will be happy to assist you after verifying your identity with a valid government-issued photo ID.
- For security reasons, updates to your account information through our Contact Center require identify verification, including electronically signing a form sent through Docusign. Contact Center team members are available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. ET or Saturday 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. ET.
