As part of our commitment to continually improve and enhance our members’ online banking experience, our mobile app is being upgraded Wednesday, January 17. With this upgrade, there is potential that you will need to re-enter your login credentials. Prior to the upgrade, we encourage you to make note of your LOGIN ID and account number.

How to Locate Your Login ID

To locate your LOGIN ID, log in into your digital banking account, click on settings, and select: View Login ID

How to Locate Your Account Number

If your phone is set to install updates automatically, once the update is installed, simply re-enter your Login ID and password. Any biometrics may need to be reset with this update, if you utilize this method of logging in.
If you do not have automatic updates set up, you will need to manually update it in the app store to complete the upgrade.  Click here for instructions for manually updating on your iPhone, and click here for instructions on manually updating on your Android. Once you manually update your app, you will need to reenter your login ID and password. Any biometrics may need to be reset with this update, if you utilize this method of logging in.
No. Once the upgrade is made on January, you will be able to log into the mobile app as you normally do on your computer’s web browser. It is only if you are logging in from a mobile device that you may be prompted to update your Apple or Android app before logging in.
