Supporting Student Success: Jumpstart 2 Success Returns Aug. 8
Whole Child Leon will celebrate its fifth year of hosting Jumpstart 2 Success, a community event that helps students start the school year prepared and confident by providing free school supplies and valuable resources.
First Commerce Credit Union has proudly sponsored the event since 2023, helping make it a local tradition that supports students, families and academic success throughout our community.
This year’s event will be held Saturday, Aug. 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lively Technical College, 500 Appleyard Drive in Tallahassee.
While supplies last, attendees can receive:
- Backpacks
- School supplies
- Dental screenings
- Vision screenings
- Eyewear adjustments
- Immunizations
- Books
- Games
- Food and drinks
