Fast Facts about our Rate Reduction Feature
- You must have Digital Banking to use the rate reduction feature.
- The ‘Reduce Loan Rate’ feature is found under the ‘Services’ tab in the main menu.
- The rate reduction feature will tell you whether you are eligible when you access it.
- You can only reduce your loan rate once during the life of your loan.
- Loan rate reduction only applies to auto and RV loans
