Personalized Service

To access your account information with Penny, you will need to know your Member Number. This number is also referred to as your Account Number.

There are three ways to locate your Member (Account) number.

1. Log in to Digital Banking and click on an account tile to see your Member Number (displayed as “Account Info”). Watch the video tutorial here.
2. Visit one of our Financial Centers and a team member will be happy to provide your Member Number.
3. Call our Contact Center at 800.533.5772. For this option, a team member will email a form to you to verify your identity.
