Whether you want to monitor your balance, keep an eye on transactions, remember an upcoming loan payment, or know when an important check clears, iAlerts can help you stay informed without having to continually log in.
What Are iAlerts?
iAlerts are customizable account notifications available through First Commerce Digital Banking. You choose which alerts you want to receive, which eligible accounts you want to monitor, and whether you prefer notifications by email or text.
iAlerts can notify you about:
- Debit or credit transactions over an amount you choose
- Account balances that rise above or fall below an amount you set
- Deposits and other account activity
- Upcoming loan payments
- Important checks clearing your account
- Daily account summaries

⚙️ What You Can Customize
iAlerts allow you to personalize your notifications based on what is important to you. When establishing an alert, you can:
- Choose the eligible account you want to monitor
- Select the type of activity you want to know about
- Set an amount or condition for certain alerts
- Choose email or text as your delivery method
- Review and update the contact information connected to the alert
You can create more than one alert, allowing you to use different notifications for different financial needs.
Receiving iAlerts by Text
When selecting text message delivery, you will be asked to verify your mobile number. Select Request Code, enter the verification code sent to your phone, and then continue through the prompts to save your alert.
This is a one-time verification for that mobile number. Standard text messaging and data rates may apply.

Can I establish alerts for a joint account?
If a jointly owned account appears within your Digital Banking profile, you can select that account when establishing an alert.
Where do I manage my iAlerts?
In Digital Banking, navigate to Alerts and select iAlerts. Members using the mobile app can begin by selecting Menu.
Do text messaging rates apply?
Standard text messaging rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
