What’s Moving in Desktop: Your Upgraded First Commerce Digital Banking Experience
Managing your money should be simple, and that starts with finding the tools you need when you need them.
To make Digital Banking even easier to use, First Commerce Credit Union will soon reorganize several key features. While some functions will move to new locations, they’ll still be conveniently accessible.
This guide will help you understand what’s changing, show you where to find important tools, and walk you through the updated desktop experience.
Money transfers:
The Transfer Money Now button that is currently located in the top righthand corner of your online banking dashboard will no longer be there after the upgrade is complete.
In its place will be a more dynamic Money Movement section on your home screen dashboard. This will bring all of your money movement functions together in one place, allowing you to:
- Seamlessly send money to friends and family with Zelle®
- Transfer money to other First Commerce members
- Conveniently pay your bills online
- Make loan and credit card payments
Account tools
What is currently the Financial Tools widget on your Digital Banking dashboard will be moving. This is the section that allows you to view your net worth, budget and spending insights, trends, and debts.
With the upgrade, you’ll be able to find all of those tools and more in one convenient place: the Account Tools section of your upgraded Digital Banking home screen.
You’ll be able to access your documents, card controls, alerts, and settings all in one spot. You’ll also be able to open new accounts within the Account Tools section.
Booking appointments
For the times when you want to talk with a friendly and knowledgeable First Commerce team member, we’re making it easier than ever to schedule an appointment.
The new Contact Us section of your upgraded desktop Digital Banking dashboard will make it easier to contact the First Commerce team, schedule an appointment, search our nationwide network of fee-free ATMs, and browse all of our convenient financial center locations.
For members who have business accounts with First Commerce, the Contact Us section will also include an option to get help from our Business Services team.
