What’s Moving in Mobile: Your Upgraded First Commerce Digital Banking Experience
When it comes to managing your money, knowing where to find the tools you use most matters.
That’s why First Commerce Credit Union is making it easier to access key Digital Banking features. While some essential functions have moved, they are still just a tap or click away.
This blog will show you what’s changed, where to find it, and how to navigate the updates seamlessly on mobile.
Let’s start with your upgraded mobile experience.
Key changes to your Digital Banking dashboard:
You’ll notice that the options on your First Commerce app dashboard, which is the screen that displays when you open your app, look a little different after the upgrade.
Streamlined account monitoring and management
All of your First Commerce accounts will be viewable at a glance in a new, swipeable carousel view right at the top of your dashboard. Here, you can easily access each account, view balances, and make quick transfers.
More accessible account tools
First Commerce has grouped some of your most important tools in one convenient place, so you can handle your everyday banking with ease and get back to your everyday life.
In the new Account Tools section, you can:
- Access important documents
- Manage your cards
- Set alerts
- Open new accounts
Find bill pay and money transfers with ease
If you’re looking to seamlessly pay bills or send money to family and friends, those features are easy to find within your First Commerce app.
Simply navigate to the Menu button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
In the full menu that opens on the left-hand side of your screen, you will find the Bill Pay option.
Also in the menu, you can access the Transactions tab to find your options for making loan payments, sending money with Zelle®, making member-to-member transfers and more.
Credit score monitoring:
First Commerce also brought your credit score and full credit report front and center on your upgraded Digital Banking home screen.
Our credit score tool will continue to include all the great features you’re used to:
- Personalized credit report
- Credit monitoring alerts
- Credit score simulator
- And more
