Comfort Stations at Adel and Nashville Financial Centers
We are continuing to host Comfort Stations at our Adel and Nashville locations during business hours. Members of the community are welcome to stop by to enjoy complimentary snacks, drinks and a chance to cool off and recharge your electronic devices inside the financial center.   Digital Banking – Log in to your digital banking account to view your account(s). If you are not enrolled yet, it’s easy to enroll online! Download the mobile app to access your account from your smartphone.   Call Penny, Your Virtual Assistant – Penny is available 24/7 to answer common questions such as account balances, FCCU routing number and much more. To access your account information with Penny, you will need your Member Number. Learn more here.   Nationwide ATM Network – Find ATMs close to you no matter you are in the U.S. by using our helpful locator tool.   New Advanced ATMs at Financial Centers – We now offer an improved experience with our new ATMs installed at most of our locations. Use your debit card to view all your accounts at once on the screen. Deposit checks and/or cash, transfer funds between FCCU accounts and make loan or credit card payments. If a storm is moving toward your area, consider these helpful tips and resources to help ensure you can weather the storm and have access to your accounts when you need to.
  • For FCCU members, keep your contact information on file and up-to-date with us so that we can reach you if needed. To verify or update your contact information, log in to Digital Banking and click “Services” in the menu, then “Manage Contact Info.”
  • Consider assembling a packet of your important family documents. Keep these types of records safe, waterproof, and portable so you have them available after the storm.
  • Long before a storm or hurricane forms, we recommend you start building your savings with potential emergencies in mind. The Federal Emergency Management Agency urges people to set up an emergency savings account. Small, incremental contributions to an emergency savings account can add up over time.
  • Keep a small amount of cash in a safe and secure spot in your home — a place where you will remember to look to grab it — in case you need to access it quickly before a hurricane that could bring flooding or prolonged power outages.
  • Be sure to have cash on hand for essentials, such as gas, food, and water. In the aftermath of a significant storm, some stores and gas stations may only be able to accept cash. First Commerce gives you access to a nationwide network of ATMs. Find the ATM that is closest to you using this helpful locator tool.
  • Enroll in FCCU digital banking so you can access your accounts anywhere you have an internet connection. Download the mobile app to access your account from your smartphone.
