- To change your PIN for your First Commerce MasterCard debit card, please call 1.800.757.9848.
- To activate your card, please refer to the sticker on the card you received. Please note that your card must be activated from the primary phone number we have on file for the main accountholder. If you are unsure of what number we have on file as the primary number for your account, please visit iBranch! online banking under “Services” and then “Manage Contact Info,” or by visiting one of our locations. You may also call us at 850.488.0035 or 1.800.533.5772 to verify the information we have on file; however, for security reasons, we cannot update your information via phone.

First Commerce has deposit accepting ATMs located at each of our financial centers. You can also find a surcharge-free ATM or one that accepts deposits in our nationwide ACCEL network.

Information needed for OUTGOING wires
DOMESTIC
If a member is wiring money to someone within the United States
- Name, address and routing number of the financial institution where we are sending the funds
- Name, address and account number for beneficiary
INTERNATIONAL
If a member is wiring money to someone outside the United States
- Name, address (including country), and swift code of financial institution where we are sending the funds
- Corresponding bank information if required
- Name, address (including country), account number for beneficiary
Additional guidelines:
- We cannot use P.O. Boxes for any addresses on the form
- Outgoing wires must be submitted by 1 p.m. for same-day processing
- If you were given wiring instructions by the person to whom you are sending the funds, please bring that information
- Wires requested over the phone are limited to $5,000* or less and require a notarized signature.
- Please make sure we have up to date contact information saved. Our wire processors might call to verify wire information.
*Exceptions can be made for non-local members; however, additional processing time and verification may be required.
Information needed for INCOMING wires
To have someone wire money to your account, please provide your account number, routing number, and the address that matches the information we have on file, along with First Commerce Credit Union’s routing number, 263182516.
