• Build your list early: Make sure to leave yourself some time before the school year kicks off to take inventory of everything you’ll need for a successful year: school clothes, classroom supplies, technology and devices.
• Factor in food and fees: Craft your plan for covering the cost of school lunches, whether it’s weekly or monthly, and think through costs associated with sports and activities, clubs and field trips.
• Take advantage of savings: There are still weeks left to save during Florida’s Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday. Through August 20, eligible clothing, shoes, school supplies, and personal computers or accessories priced at $1,500 or less can be purchased tax-free. See all qualifying items here.

Supporting Student Success: Jumpstart 2 Success Returns Aug. 8
